What type of paint will work to paint white stripes on a black suit?

I'm trying to make a beetlejuice costume for halloween and nothing seems to work right. Tried spray paint and even regular wall paint.What type of paint will work to paint white stripes on a black suit?
Lay out the suit and put tape where you want it to remain black. Then use a paint brush and use bleach to create the white stripes. The trick is to not let the bleach bleed under the tape areas.What type of paint will work to paint white stripes on a black suit?
