How much would spot painting cost on a quarter size paint scratch?

I scratched my car with a bike pedal. It dug itself into the paint pretty much. Its not big but certainly noticeable. I just want a estimate from someone who has had a similar experience.How much would spot painting cost on a quarter size paint scratch?
i had one fixed that was about the size of a dollar bill and it cost me100 bucks to get it fixed and painted,and i thought that was a good deal ,it will cost at least a 100 bucks, body shops charge by the hour on repairing things like this,good luck.How much would spot painting cost on a quarter size paint scratch?

If you have a deep scratch and it is the size of a quarter , If it went all the way to the metal and you can see it. Then you must repair this spot the size of a softball or bigger because if you try to put touch up paint on it you will see it even more clearly. The reason why you have too fix it in a bigger space so that it dont look like a knot or a sore thumb.See you have too sand it down too the metal fill it sand it again prime it scuff it up, paint it let it dry clear it 2 or 3 times all done.Thats doing it yourself! let a body shop do cost's about 175.00. Good Luck
