How do you remove paint splatter from a bicycle without damaging the original paint?

Some white paint splatter found its way on a blue '70s bike I recently purchased. I believe the paint has been on the bike for at least five years. Is there anyway of removing the white paint without damaging the original blue paint? How do you remove paint splatter from a bicycle without damaging the original paint?
There is a product call Ooops that is very good at removing latex paint. We have used it on splatters the ended up on our wood trim while we were repainting walls.

The bike should be covered in a baked enamel and should be impervious to the Ooops. How do you remove paint splatter from a bicycle without damaging the original paint?
I would try -alcohol-gasoline-acetone-or kerosene- of course not all at once haha but I would try to see if it bothers the original paint in a not so noticable place before going at it full throttle with any of the chemicals listed above. It sort of depends on what kind of paint the white paint it vs what kind of paint the blue is. some times with paint if you put the same kind of paint on to a dried spot of paint and dont let it get dry and wipe it off...it will soften up the dried paint enough to get it started. -- be careful and dont huff too many fumes! Good luck.
well i guess you can repaint the bike if it wouldn't cost you that much. other wish you can go to a paint shop and ask what you would need to take it off without repainting the original paint. another way is covering the white paint with the same blue paint.
