Is it possible to paint walls that had been painted with VOC (chemical based paint) with Natural Paint?

or will I need to remove the old paint? Is it possible to paint walls that had been painted with VOC (chemical based paint) with Natural Paint?
no prob! just prime with pro-block. go here for help.Is it possible to paint walls that had been painted with VOC (chemical based paint) with Natural Paint?
VOC refers to the solvent (turpentine or linseed oil for example) used in the paint. Because it is volatile then when the paint dries it has evaporated and is gone

I think you mean water-based paint (uses water as the solvent) which has less fumes and odor before it dries.

There is no ';natural paint.'; There used to be paints that had milk solids for white coating or.had dried red clay as the pigment for barns but they are not very common nowadays.

You can apply any kind of paint on your interior walls over that original oil based paint.
I am curious, what is natural paint?
