Which paint would I use to paint a metal tower rust-proof and multi-colored?

I need to paint a metal tower for marching band and I need a paint that will A) Work on metal, B)Be rust/weather proof, C) Have a variety of colors available (preferably red, white, and blue), and D) that won't be too expensive. 'D' is the least vital of the four. Thanks for any help.Which paint would I use to paint a metal tower rust-proof and multi-colored?
Sherwin Williams sells A paint called DTM (direct to metal) that is latex and you need no primers..I presume you are talking about raw metal unfinished....Make sure you clean the metal with some...It is avaialable in all sheens from flat to gloss, they can mix it any color you want, and it is water clean up and ';user friendly';..just go into Sherwin Williams and tell thenm you want DTM..Which paint would I use to paint a metal tower rust-proof and multi-colored?
