What type of paint should I use for painting a primed windowsill?

We want to put a new windowsill in our kitchen above the kitchen sink and I've found this one on Wickes which is ready-primed: http://www.wickes.co.uk/invt/120515

What type of paint should I use for it? Might want to coulour it mahogany or cherrywood, or we may just paint it white - not decided yet. What type of paint should I use for painting a primed windowsill?
When I tile, I fit these all the time. It's just pre-primed MDF.

I Acrylic Primer/Undercoat them once then Gloss off. If it's next to a white PVC window then I choose Satinwood finish. What type of paint should I use for painting a primed windowsill?
Mahogany would suit from adam point of view. however, you may opt for white if it is to be done on the choice of a eve.
Ronseal Primed Windowsill Paint - It does exactly what it says on the tin.
Basically you get what you pay for with paint. If you buy Wilkinsons' best than that is what you will get. ICI are best. The one with the DULUX dog etc.....available everywhere!
it's MDF so don't bother colouring it to look like wood. Pick a paint colour you like and get it mixed as a satinwood or gloss at your local store. Needs to be hardy regards splashing from your sink and/or washy liquid bottles sitting on it - 2 coats
