I like to start from the ceiling and paint clockwise direction. When you paint a room, do you paint around the room clockwise or anti-clockwise direction?
I doesn`t matter....But...I generally go clockwise (right handed)(cut in first) then get your self a roller...And lay a big @s$ed drippy 'Z' on the wall....Up and down...Roll away dude....LOL
Oh...And don`t hit the ceiling with that roller unless you want to paint that too! When you paint a room, do you paint around the room clockwise or anti-clockwise direction?
don't usually pay attention to direction, I just git 'er done. One thing I pay attention to is painting all the corners first, usually with a brush. doing this hides brush marks best for me.
I never really thought about it, but now that I have, I thinks it's always been clockwise.
Just be sure to put the painter's tape down on the woodwork and ';painting in'; around it, and then using your roller to blend it in. Use those ';W'; strokes like the professional men do.
just start painting, your procrastinating, talking about working and working are two different things. Start at the top and work your way down, go left from right or what ever is easy er.
I paint clockwise as well. I usually start on the wall that needs the most cutting in. And I never mask.
I usually go counterclockwise with the connecting part of the roller handle on the left side. This keeps the roller pole on my right side-I'm right hand dominate so it works for me.
wherever my heart desires!
