Paint.....?

i'm looking for a paint, but can't remember the name. All i know is it starts with an S.. i'm not looking for a color, it is a type of paint.


can anyone help? I am going to use it to paint on paper, but i'm not sure if that is what the paint is used for, but i know someone who has used it on paper and it looked beautiful (i would ask him but i cant)Paint.....?
